Jealousy is a negative emotion that occurs because someone becomes a threat in a relationship. Do not let jealousy make your emotions out of control.

1. Begin to identify what causes jealousy. Take a moment to evaluate the situation and identify them.
2. Trying not to assume about the couple. For example Dads office late and did not give news on Moms. If Moms kept thinking there is something happening in the office, it will trigger feelings of jealousy and hurt yourself. Dads can be really busy.
3. When jealousy 'power', sometimes by simply taking a negative conclusion. We recommend that you gather all the information first. Take control of yourself and ask with a pleasant manner. That way, you can get rid of jealousy.
4. Divert jealousy on something positive. Eg Moms Dads feel more interested in chatting with colleagues via the Internet, so Dads can find a way for communication with the Moms were as exciting as the chat. But do not focus on the individual, but the activities that can motivate to achieve communication are more varied and interesting.
5. Stop comparing yourself or partner with other people. Be assured that we and the couple already have and complement each other.
